Greetings! We are the students of Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University, Information Security department (Russia, St. Petersburg). During the stuyding of Algebraic Geometry we use free mathematics software system SAGE. For completing our lab "Elliptic curve generation" we had to use Weber Polynomial. We couldn't find a built-in function of Weber Polynomial. So we realized one and we suggest it to be included in SAGE.
