Dear Dimitris,

No template per se, but if you start browsing the code you'll see how it's 
created, e.g. https://github.com/sagemath/sage/tree/master/src/doc/fr and 
of course the entire documentation folder 
https://github.com/sagemath/sage/tree/master/src/doc .   Usually one starts 
with the current English version and goes from there.  This has a 
disadvantage that they won't be updated unless they cause a doctest 
failure, but the advantage of not requiring a team of translators to 
constantly be checking...  Anyway, I've created 
http://trac.sagemath.org/ticket/19960 for this.
