This is the first test of the new system for binary tarballs. Now, these
have to be made with a special script
(https://github.com/vbraun/binary-pkg) and they can only be relocated once
using the new install.py script. Normal build-from-source trees cannot be
relocated. On the plus side, it works on OSX 10.11. Also, no more dangling
rpaths inside binaries:

1) Download
http://files.sagemath.org/osx/intel/sage-6.10.beta4-OSX_10.11.1-x86_64.tar.bz2

2) Extract and move to the desired destination directory

3) Run the install.py script to patch paths

4) Run sage (note that this will NOT run sage-location)

The branch at http://trac.sagemath.org/ticket/19467 (needs review) will
make step 3) automatic and fix the remaining issue with cvxopt.
