Generally, one cannot "just" run Sage's Python and hope that everything
works. There is various environment variables which need to be set to
find all needed Sage files.
Now, I don't know anything about Apache/Django. But if you can run
Python using
/path/to/sage --python
instead of
/path/to/sage/local/bin/python
that should work.
