Now I am using Django for same and everything worked but still want to know how to make it work through simple CGI script. I have tried a lot like changing permissions and owner of both working directory and the one where ./sage file is but unable to overcome this issue or better to say feature of sagemath. Also tried setting environment variable through export but I might be doing it wrong due lack of knowledge how to set and equal to what I have to set it.
