Hello! I hope you are successful with git. I have already created a ticket for this just now, http://trac.sagemath.org/ticket/19188, so you do not need to do that. Please do also upload the pdf as an attachment to that ticket so that people can see that along with the branch, when you have figured out how git works (not an easy job). As for reviewers, it would be best if you had some colleagues who speak Japanese well who can review it. Or perhaps there are other Sage contributors out there who can also do so!
