The best way to learn how the development process works is to first find something in Sage that you want to fix/add. It can be a bug, it can be a missing feature, it can be an unclear piece of documentation that you want to rephrase. When you have found that, write here again (even if you do not know how exactly it should be addressed). Never hesitate to ask *any* question here: we are all very glad to help new contributors, for that also means more hands to write the code.
