[sage-devel] Order of documentation blocks of a function

Is the list of blocks on 
http://doc.sagemath.org/html/en/developer/coding_basics.html#documentation-strings 
meant to be a list or a set? I.e. should functions have their 
documentation always (or at least mostly always) be on same order?
