Same problem for me tonight on #17234. I have been able to add a first reply successfully. I wanted to create a new comment (to report that this branch merges with the current 6.6beta2 but the build fails), and trac started to hang on me. I can acces the "Wiki formatting" help page from the pointer in #17234 message editor with no problem, but the ticket itself hands.
Since I'm typing this in Google grup's interface, it is not an IP connectivity problem. The access to the Wiki help page seems that the Trac site itself is not the culprit. I'll try to logout, then log back in to try to break the lock. I'll answer to this post if this is unsuccessful.
