In gnome-terminal on Debian 7.8 and Sage 6.2, things seem okay: I tried `random_matrix?` and resized the window while looking at the docstring and it responded as I expected. Then I did `matrix.TAB` and I got two columns; I widened the window, tried again, and got three columns.
