Hi!

I just checked out some branch from trac, hit "make" --- and now the gcc
spkg is built again---waste of time. Should the existence of gcc from
previous builds not prevent it from bein installed again? Or has there
been a recent upgrade of the gcc spkg that might explain why it is repeatedly
built when switching branches back and forth?
