Since the use of a computer algebra system to develop explicit R-K formulas
is pretty much
of a classic operation, and can be done by Maxima which is open source, and
in fact seems to
be done by Maxima in your paper, with a gloss of Sage on top, it is not
clear that you
have something new to contribute. Besides, high-order RK methods are, as I
recall,
not very appealing in practice.

So it's not an advance in numerical analysis, nor in applications of a
CAS. It's not appealing
to people who who might reasonably ask, What does Sage contribute.

It's not of much interest in terms of programming languages -- Maxima is
sort of Algol-60 ish.
but usually Sage contributes only clutter to the language. And I guess you
are just feeding
it simple commands.

So it is basically of interest to fans of Sage who also care about
Runge-Kutta formulas
and might appreciate your explanations.

Maybe that's not a large audience. But perhaps the reviews you've gotten
already say this?

Good luck.

So
