Hellooooooooo everybody !

I was looking at http://www.sagemath.org/doc/reference/ while preparing a
short introductive talk to Sage aaaaaaand I thought that the "introduction"
to the reference manual missed the point a bit...

What is says is good to be said, but I felt that it rather belong to Sage's
homepage or something, not to the reference manual.

There is really a lot of text there, and I thought that we could make this
page more "to the point" by removing a bit of it. There are also two
paragraphs about the first two entries of the reference manual (they just
follow), aaaaaand it seemed really overkill.

What do you think ?

I created #16452 and branch public/16452 for that. Everybody's welcome to
add commits :-)
