Looking at http://sagemath.org/mirror/src/changelogs/ it seems the file
sage-6.2.txt was not generated, or perhaps is it a migration problem
similar to the one we had with configure-23.tar.gz ?
I don't think so, at least there's no changelog for 6.2 below
~sagemath/www-files/src/ [yet].
