The other day I was visiting a local biotech company, and when I mentioned 
to one of their bioinformatics people I worked with Sage, he immediately 
was very enthusiastic.  Turns out that he used to work at NIH, and they use 
Sage, because...

"Feel free to communicate to your fellow developers that people at the NIH 
use Sage. We used it because we needed modern Scientific Python libraries 
that were laborious and complex to install system-wide in aging OS systems."
