Yep.
(If so, we'd have to once again update the "logic" in readline's
spkg-install. Or finally make readline a prerequisite...)
Just noticed we completely removed all "logic" using the system's
libreadline in some cases on some systems (notably Arch Linux and
OpenSuSE) quite a while ago.
So we should upgrade our readline (from 6.2 to 6.3; comes with lots of
bugfixes and also a couple of new features, see [1]).
