Hi all,

Thanks for all the help.  I'm in touch with RC help and I'm not doing anything 
they disapprove of. :)  In case you're curious:  the policy on this cluster is 
that yes, you build your own software, and they provide compile nodes for that 
(separate from login nodes), but you are also allowed to submit for an 
interactive job and do it on a compute node if for some reason that's better 
(e.g. compile nodes congested, big compile).  You are encouraged to build 
software in a public projects directory so others an use it one you've built it 
(which I'm doing).

It seems to be a simple case of the perl module not being installed and they 
are in the process of installing and testing it for me.  The support here is 
fantastic.  We'll soon have Sage up and running.  Did anyone want to know 
timings on the test suite or anything like that?
