Exactly. When people grow up, become adults and start using a CAS, it makes
sense for them to drop the attitude "I don't need to know about rings since
I didn't learn it in high school". So, why should Sage *not* require
that the user sets up a polynomial ring when all what (s)he wants to do
polynomial arithmetic?
