I tried to put this on my list of things for one day of the week, but at some point I had to stop this. It's also a way to spot systematic errors on sagenb.org, because many issues are just related to it being broken, not Sage itself. Still, I don't think it's a bad idea to have this, but it would certainly work better if it points to ask.sagemath. So, +1 to moving this. additional idea: we should change the URL to an indirect one. Then we can change this more easily! e.g. "http://sagemath.org/report-issue" which is a 301 redirect to ask or whatever we want.
