Hi,

I'm trying to build Sage 5.12 on my new box which has an
Intel Core i7-3770 (Ivy Bridge) and runs Arch Linux. But the build
of ATLAS always fails early with the same error.

You can find the log file here:
http://informatik.hu-berlin.de/~fechnedu/atlas-3.10.1.p5.log

I think the relevant lines are:

  xmasrch: [...]/src/ATLAS//tune/sysinfo/masrch.c:116: matime: Assertion
`fscanf(fp, "%lf", &mflop[i])' failed.

and

  xsyssum: [...]/src/ATLAS//tune/sysinfo/GetSysSum.c:92: getfpinfo: Assertion
`system(ln) == 0' failed.

and

ERROR 621 DURING CACHESIZE SEARCH!!. CHECK INSTALL_LOG/Stage1.log FOR
DETAILS.

I already tried the following without any luck:
- building Sage 5.13.beta1, which also fails with the exact same error
- building with different numbers of threads
- setting SAGE_ATLAS_ARCH to an appropriate value for my CPU
- booting with 'intel_pstate=disable' and enabling the performance governor
on all cores (to be sure that the CPU does not get throttled)

I don't know what more I could try, so I would be really thankful if somebody
could get something out of the log and push me in the right direction :)
If you need any more information just ask for it and I will gladly provide it.

Thanks,
Dustin
