I am facing (on #15172) the following scenario: interactively, running commands which create a tmp_dir() and write/read files there works.
>From `sage -t`, the reading does not work. Is this a known issue? I recall seeing something like this when the testing in /tmp has been removed for security reasons, but I can't find any relevant info.
