I'm wondering if sage has a function that computes an isomorphism between isomorphic posets like this: http://www.math.uiuc.edu/Macaulay2/doc/Macaulay2-1.6/share/doc/Macaulay2/Posets/html/_isomorphism.html
Sage function "is_poset_isomorphism" returns whether a morphism $f$ is an isomorphism from one poset to another but I don't know of any sage function that tells me if two posets are isomorphic without knowing a proper $f$ in advance.
