For some reason you seem to have an incorrect version of pari. Worse it looks like your pari was downgraded after sage was built. That or sage was actually updated before pari and somehow the compile worked. This is a possible scenario. The strange bit is it looks like you are upgrading to 5.9 (from an unknown version) and yet it tries to install conway_polynomial 0.4 when 5.9 (and 5.8 before that) is at 0.4.p0. There are other things I could go on about but those first two points should be clarified somehow.
