I don't think it is currently possible. I tried working on this a few 
months ago: see <http://trac.sagemath.org/sage_trac/ticket/13679>. It works 
for .py files but not .pyx files, and I never tracked down the problem. 
Working on .rst files should be easier; a straightforward use of Sphinx 
should deal with those.
