That's not always true; there are certainly things that have documentation 
but aren't in the global namespace by default.

sage: mil<tab> # nothing

Or did you mean something different by that?

That said, a lot of stuff does fall into the category Nathann is 
mentioning, and sometimes discretion is the better part of valor in 
removing them.  I guess I would poll the sage-combinat folks in this case.
