Sorry, I meant to write back earlier. I haven't gotten ropemacs to work, but I haven't tried. I don't have time to work on it right now, but if you open a ticket on https://bitbucket.org/gvol/sage-mode/issues then I'll get around to it eventually.
Unfortunately, the installation looks rather complicated. What did you try and how did it fail?
