I've heard that a lot of these color preferences are cultural. I know a person that would give presentations in lots of different places in the world, and he said that he learned to adjust his color scheme based on the culture. (How's that for hearsay :).

Anyways, I don't have a strong preference. The blue does match our logos, but when I look at the page, I keep thinking that it should be white (since it's just a very light almost-white shade of blue), but keep getting a little jarred that it isn't really white; I keep looking at the background wondering if my eyes are playing tricks on me, or if it really isn't white.

Okay, enough from me.
