As far as I know only ECL (sometimes?) leaves some temporary files; not sure about the Rtmp*/ directories (and MPQS-1000-*/). The others are IMHO directly or indirectly caused by Sage; during build, perhaps also 'spkg-check', 'make [p]test[long]' / 'sage -t ...' and perhaps 'make doc' / 'sage --docbuild ...' > If it's an upstream problem, don't fix it in sage, fix it upstream.
