Anyone interested in building a Sage interface to Scilab based on
that? Basically all that would be needed is to make a (trivial) spkg
of sciscipy, and maybe wrap a bit the interface to make it consistent
with the other interfaces we have.
That could be useful for people using Scilab that would want to
transition to Sage.
