PARI-2.5.1 has been released. We should upgrade PARI in Sage to this latest version. It also happens that this is needed for the OS X 10.7 port, even though this wasn't the motivation for doing the upgrade of PARI.
The sources in the PARI spkg are automatically downloaded. Since PARI recently changed from svn to git, I had to change this mechanism. Apart from that, there are essentially no changes to the spkg.
