I would have thought this is uncontroversial. If you have only one answer then you can't up/downvote. If you strive for one correct answer per question then you want a support ticketing system, not stackexchange. Eventually, 90% of a site's traffic should come from search engines. > Since stackexchange doesn't operate their own search this also sounds like a no-brainer.
