Looking in
http://www.sagemath.org/doc/installation/source.html
it says that "make -j4" is respected. This works really great when
building the source code.
But the documentation also suggests that it should be building in
parallel when creating the documentation? Should there by 4 invocations
of python working at once? Or is one python supposed to be running 4
threads?
