Here's another strange thing: with the new Python 2.7.2 spkg, if SAGE_CHECK is set, the whole Python test suite gets run *twice over*! Is this deliberate?
Here is the tail end of the first test run and the beginning of the second: test_zipimport_support test_zlib 343 tests OK. 1 test failed: test_distutils 43 tests skipped: test_aepack test_al test_applesingle test_bsddb test_bsddb185 test_bsddb3 test_cd test_cl test_codecmaps_cn test_codecmaps_hk test_codecmaps_jp test_codecmaps_kr test_codecmaps_tw test_curses test_dbm test_dl test_gdb test_gdbm test_gl test_imageop test_imgfile test_kqueue test_linuxaudiodev test_macos test_macostools test_msilib test_ossaudiodev test_scriptpackages test_smtpnet test_socketserver test_ssl test_startfile test_sunaudiodev test_tcl test_timeout test_tk test_ttk_guionly test_ttk_textonly test_urllib2net test_urllibnet test_winreg test_winsound test_zipfile64 10 skips unexpected on linux2: test_bsddb test_bsddb3 test_dbm test_gdb test_gdbm test_ssl test_tcl test_tk test_ttk_guionly test_ttk_textonly make: [test] Error 1 (ignored) LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/storage/masiao/sage-5.0.prealpha0/spkg/build/ python-2.7.2.p0/src:/storage/masiao/sage-5.0.prealpha0/local/lib/R/ lib:/storage/masiao/sage-5.0.prealpha0/local/lib/op enmpi:/storage/masiao/sage-5.0.prealpha0/local/lib/: ./python -Wd -3 - E -tt ./Lib/test/regrtest.py -l == CPython 2.7.2 (default, Jan 1 2012, 15:46:29) [GCC 4.3.3] == Linux-2.6.28-13-generic-x86_64-with-debian-5.0 little-endian == /storage/masiao/sage-5.0.prealpha0/spkg/build/python-2.7.2.p0/src/ build/test_python_23912 Testing with flags: sys.flags(debug=0, py3k_warning=1, division_warning=1, division_new=0, inspect=0, interactive=0, optimize=0, dont_write_bytecode=0, no_user_site=0, no_site=0, i gnore_environment=1, tabcheck=2, verbose=0, unicode=0, bytes_warning=0) test_grammar test_opcodes test_dict [etc] -- To post to this group, send an email to sage-devel@googlegroups.com To unsubscribe from this group, send an email to sage-devel+unsubscr...@googlegroups.com For more options, visit this group at http://groups.google.com/group/sage-devel URL: http://www.sagemath.org
