If feasible, the best option by far would be to do that -- just upgrade it and have one more server. Then we can delete the extra install of Sage, which saves several GB's. I wanted to do this a while ago, but Rado says it's extremely difficult (impossible?) to do right, since the flask server uses openid, and the openid accounts wouldn't be accessible, since they had funny login names. I think we should try anyways, and any users who used openid will no longer be able to access their accounts. Published worksheets will work fine, and people can create new accounts if they want. If somebody desperately needs something in an old account, they'll email sage-support and we'll get it for them. -- William > The reason why I ask is that the disk where the sage servers are running on > is running low on disk space, and consolidating the flask server to be like > the others would save several GB. > > Thanks, > > Jason > > -- > To post to this group, send an email to sage-devel@googlegroups.com > To unsubscribe from this group, send an email to > sage-devel+unsubscr...@googlegroups.com > For more options, visit this group at > http://groups.google.com/group/sage-devel > URL: http://www.sagemath.org > -- William Stein Professor of Mathematics University of Washington http://wstein.org -- To post to this group, send an email to sage-devel@googlegroups.com To unsubscribe from this group, send an email to sage-devel+unsubscr...@googlegroups.com For more options, visit this group at http://groups.google.com/group/sage-devel URL: http://www.sagemath.org
