I don't know how to change Trac's settings. But here are two things that someone should change, that are hopefully (?) easy.
1) I've been a little annoyed that sometimes people set a ticket to 'needs info', and then the only option is to set it to 'needs review'. Can we get something that sets it back to 'new' as well, if this happens to a 'new' ticket? 2) I *think* that report 21 (http://trac.sagemath.org/sage_trac/report/ 21) is correctly listed on the front page as "tickets you've participated in", but is *not* correct on the page of reports (http:// trac.sagemath.org/sage_trac/report) where it says, "Open tickets I participated in by component". That is report 34. I can't edit this page, as opposed to the front page.
