html in the sage_notebook.sagenb-directory. Will try that.

Stan - I have not looked at the ticket, but you could hack out large
chunks of a worksheet in a very similar manner with a text editor -
the format of the underlying file will look nearly identical to what
you see in the edit view. Here is an example of the type of file you
are looking for:
/home/rob/.sage/sage_notebook.sagenb/home/admin/11/worksheet.html
(There may be a "worksheet" file also, which is a legacy version.)
