Hmmm. I do have a separate account for the MoinMoin wiki, wiki.sagemath.org (with a different password btw.; still having to answer questions about primes despite of that when logged in to make changes there), though I don't recall how the registration procedure exactly went. Later then, the policy was changed again to not require an account IIRC.
