Hey,

I noticed a *really minor* problem while displaying a Trac ticket just now: at 
the top of the top box (where the original problem report lives), on the right 
side, an active element showed up as "?".  The activity log showed

       Could not connect to server

If I click on the element, I get a page saying the browser could not connect to 
the server.  It gives no reason for the failure, but if I ssh to that port, I 
get "connection refused", so I suspect that part of the Trac infrastructure 
went wandering off into the weeds.
