Well, to be fair, I think they meant in programs where you don't
specify it to be used explicitly.  I guess they do a lot of symbolic
stuff in that way - at least, that is what they are trying to say vis-
a-vis Mma.

But even then it's probably wrong, isn't it?  I don't know for sure.
