Hi, there will be an industrial applications of computer algebra meeting in Kaiserslautern on June 21-22:
http://www.computeralgebra.de/IndustrialApplications2011/index.html This is the event that we were notified about in Sep 2009: http://groups.google.com/group/sage-devel/t/a8bfb79c1a30e621 We will definitely get a booth for Sage. If we can find an industrial application to talk about, arranging a talk might be possible as well. I was told that there will be only a few booths. The Fraunhofer Institute doesn't have so much space so we might end up next to Maplesoft and Wolfram Research. It would be good to have a booth which is not completely empty. :) Since we don't have any booth material on this side of the atlantic, we would need to spend some money on this. Can the Sage foundation cover some of the costs? Any volunteers to help out at the booth and prepare publicity materials? Do you know any industrial applications of computer algebra where Sage can be used?
