I removed the comment about not closing tickets from the main page http://trac.sagemath.org/sage_trac/. And now I want to modify the developers guide but I don't have a clue about where the sources are which I have to edit. Of course the part http://www.sagemath.org/doc/developer/trac.html#closing-tickets should reflect the changes I made.
