I did a quick testing with llvm-gcc (renaming gcc and g++ --- on MacOSX they are just symbolic links anyway) and saw Sage 4.7.alpha3 installation choking on Boehm-GC spkg.
So this probably means we'd need to upgrade this spkg at least, as it is a couple of years old (but it's the latest stable version that we have).
