Which sounds very reasonable, and would be a great addition to
http://www.sagemath.org/jsage/.

Remember, the clearer we are about the openness being the driving
factor on public documents, the better.  Because the lists are not as
easily searchable, and because such discussions often come up in
unrelated places (like here), it's best to put it someplace newcomers
will clearly see - "Oh, there is a BDFL, and here's where any tough
decisions are made, but this is a rare thing".

But I'm not considering my comments sage-flame bait; they certainly
weren't intended that way at all.  It's just helpful to have maximal
clarity and details about process, that's all.
