I just downloaded 4.6.1 and tried to install the
Jmol_for_SageNoteBook.spkg which I've been working on. The .spkg
properly updated the files in the site-packages subdirectory of the
install, but the notebook appears to be ignoring these changes.
At the root of the site-packages directory I found a file sagenb.egg-
link that contains the path to the development directory. Is this
redirecting sage to use the development directory rather than the
normal install? Is this the proper behavior? I need to know where
my .spkg needs to install.
