4.6.1 built on a virtual machine here as an upgrade,
the 4.6.0 base was built on the same virtual machine.
Linux UBUNTU 10.10 within Oracle VirtualBox 4.0

Unfortunately the docs don't seem to have connected properly,
e.g. I can bring up the doc browser from the help link, but just about
every link
(e.g. tutorial) leads to a "document does not exist" message.

I tried re-building the docs with;
sage -docbuild reference html -S -a,-E
which appeared to do a lot, but the linkages are still broken.
