Because it would be courteous to do so. They did reply - see my post. Basically
making use of Wolfram Alpha for non-automated comparisons with Sage is
acceptable to Wolfram Research.
Of course, I'm well aware this is no magic bullet, but does give us some options
we might not have otherwise had.
