A public Sage notebook server is maybe not a good idea at present...

The Sage Thematic Tutorials [1] immediately come to my mind; see this
page [2] for a brief description of the purpose of the thematic
tutorials. This is a collection of tutorials (primers are OK too) that
showcases uses of Sage in diverse domains. A main advantage is that
this collection is available from the Sage website; Harald and I can
provide a prominent link from the home page to it if necessary.
Another advantage is that the collection is also distributed with each
Sage release, hence amenable to automatic doctesting. Anyone can also
download the whole collection of thematic tutorials.
