That's known, there should be a message-thread already, and at least one trac ticket (probably #9864 is the right one, and should have the pointers). For a quick shot, could you re-try the build from afresh, but with "export SAGE_BINARY_BUILD=yes" ? (At worst, simply nothing changes, and the build fails exactly just as it did before ...)
