Searching sage-devel for the key word "android" gave me a couple of threads. Anyway. What do you mean by "available"? AFAIK, a sage notebook server such as http://sagenb.org can easily be used with the browser of an android phone. So, in this sense, Sage *is* available. But if you plan to build sage *on* a mobile phone, people did succeed in doing so (partially, at least).
