William has bought a new disk for 't2', as the scratch space is far too small.
There will soon be added 134 GB of scratch space on t2, and the current /scratch
area will be mounted as /old_scratch.
So if people could not start anything on t2 which uses /scratch, then as soon as
the scratch area is unused, I'll add the disk and we will have some more scratch
space.
Either way, On Thursday 19th at around 0400 PDT I will unmount /scratch, but if
its free before then, I'll do so as soon as I can.
